Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver nationwide within five working days for all items that are in stock. We manage all our deliveries personally, using our own trusted team to handle and deliver your furniture. By using our own people, we can ensure your furniture is handled with care throughout the whole process. Our polite and friendly staff will also take your furniture directly through to your conservatory, patio or garden so there’s no need to do any heavy lifting yourself.

How does the delivery service work?

When your order is ready for delivery, our sales team will contact you to inform you of the delivery day and time. We give you a two to three-hour time slot, so you’re not left waiting in all day. We can also give you a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival, so you can pop out to the corner shop without worry. If you’re not able to be home to receive your delivery, with your prior consent, we are happy to leave your furniture in the garden, with a neighbour or follow any other instruction you might give. Our aim is to make the delivery of your garden furniture as painless as possible.

Will I need to assemble my furniture?

All of our furniture is fully assembled with the exception of dining tables which will need a little self-assembly. This is necessary due to shipping considerations. However, most of our table bases are pre-built at our factory in Vietnam and are specially designed for a quick and simple self-assembly.

What payment forms are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer prior to your furniture being delivered. Speak to our friendly sales team to discuss the best payment option for you.

Can I leave my furniture outside?

Emelda Grace garden furniture is 100% weatherproof. You can leave it outdoors 365 days a year and it will still look like new in years to come. If you prefer, you can cover your furniture to keep it clean and fresh, but it is perfectly fine to leave it uncovered. Over winter, we do advise that cushions should be brought indoors or stored in one of our waterproof cushion storage boxes.

How weatherproof is wicker rattan furniture?

Our premium man-made wicker rattan has a high tensile strength and is completely UV-resistant. It won’t fade, break or splinter, whatever the weather. Our wicker rattan furniture can stay outside all year without showing signs of wear and tear.

How weatherproof is rope weave furniture?

We use superior marine-grade rope in our rope weave furniture. This means it is resistant to sunlight, heat, cold, rain and even sea water. You can leave your rope weave furniture outside all year around with complete peace of mind.

Will my furniture rust?

The majority of our furniture frames are made from Aluminium, which is 100% rustproof. However, due to current trends in outdoor furniture, some of our sets do contain powder coated steel feet. Wherever steel is used in feet, it will be clearly marked in the product description. All our furniture, including furniture with steel feet, comes with our comprehensive Three-Year Warranty.

Will my cushions fade?

Our premium cushions are made with solution dyed fabrics. Solution dyed fabrics have a high resilience to UV light, so we can guarantee they will not fade within the three-year warranty. However, UV light is very powerful and over time your cushions will eventually start to lose a little colour. This fading is very gradual and happens in a uniformed manner, so you probably won’t even notice the slight change in colour over the years.

Are my cushions waterproof?

Our premium cushions (included with all sets as standard) are manufactured from water repellent fabric. This means that although 90% of water will run off the fabric, in a torrential downpour or in standing water, some water will penetrate. We recommend that you bring your cushions indoors when heavy rain is forecast. Alternatively, when you’re not using the cushions, stand them on end with the zip at the base and the water will run straight off. Our waterproof cushions are completely impermeable. Manufactured from a leading European marine grade fabric, they are practically indestructible and come with a Five-Year Warranty.

Are my cushions stain-resistant?

Yes, both our premium and waterproof cushions are resistant to stains and marks. Red wine, grease, tomato sauce, coffee – whatever you spill on these cushions will simply wipe away.

Do you offer Sunbrella furniture?

Yes. Our British made outdoor fabric sofas and chairs are made with Sunbrella fabrics. This world-leading fabric is 100% waterproof, stain, mould, mildew and UV-resistant. The ideal furniture for commercial areas such as bars, restaurants and hotels, these outdoor sofas and armchairs are the future of outdoor furniture and offer the ultimate protection from the elements.

Do you offer Waterproof cushions?

Yes. All of our sets are available with Waterproof Cushions as an optional upgrade. We use a marine grade Acrylic material for our British made waterproof cushions. The European made material is a world-leading fabric for outdoor use and can be found on outdoor seating on luxury yachts worldwide. Our waterproof cushions are 100% waterproof, stain, mould, mildew and UV-resistant. These waterproof cushions offer the ultimate protection from the elements.

How do I clean my furniture?

The easiest and quickest way to clean Emelda Grace furniture and cushions is to use a pressure washer. Keep the jet head 60-90cm away from the furniture or cushion surface and simply blast the dirt away. Using warm water with a little washing detergent such as Dreft will help to shift really tough marks. Remember to rinse off with cold water.

Does my furniture come with a warranty?

As standard, our furniture and cushions both come with their own comprehensive Three-Year Warranty. Should anything go wrong with your furniture or cushions within this three-year period, Emelda Grace guarantee to replace the damaged item for you. We don’t repair furniture or cushions. We exchange them for a brand new item.

We have a small showroom located in our Droitwich warehouse just outside of Birmingham.
